Michel thanks Katrine
At the same time, Michel thanks Katrine Frovin Jørgensen, who has been acting head of HR the recent months.
"In the middle of a transformation, it is always difficult to run the company without a head of HR. Therefore, I am grateful that Katrine has led the HR team with a safe pair of hands and, at the same time, supported the transformation. I am pleased that we are keeping Katrine in an exciting position which, in addition to her previous tasks with Partnering & Talent Acquisition, also means management of our HR development,” says Michel and stresses that in this way, we get “a very good combination of external experience and deep TDC NET business knowledge in the development of our People agenda”.
Katrine is eager to continue the journey and take on a broader scope:
"It has been exciting to work with ELT and Michel and steer People & Culture in a new direction in relation to how we should drive the people agenda. This has meant, among other things, the employment of three new HR colleagues over the summer as well as drawing the first sketches of a People Mobilization agenda. We are looking forward to continuing to support the business and all our colleagues through this transformation and development.”
